Our Comprehensive Asbestos Services

We offer a full spectrum of asbestos testing to address all your concerns. Our key services include:

• Asbestos Testing & Inspections: Visual assessments and sampling of suspected materials.
• Specialized Testing: We conduct PCM Asbestos Air Testing and Asbestos Wipe Testing to check for airborne fibers or surface contamination.
• Vermiculite Testing: We specifically test materials like vermiculite, which was commonly used in older constructions and is a known potential source of asbestos.
• Designated Substance Surveys & Reports: We can provide detailed reports on the presence of designated substances.

Our Commitment to Safety and Compliance

Your safety is our priority. That is why we strictly adhere to the highest standards and regulations in our testing process:

• Ontario Regulation Compliance: We follow the 278/05 Regulation of Ontario for testing with asbestos.
• Certified Lab Analysis: All collected samples are sent to a Certified Lab for analysis.
• Sampling Requirements: We collect a precise number of samples based on the property size and material texture:
  • Three samples per texture for areas under 1,000 square feet.
  • Five samples per texture for areas over 1,000 square feet.

If our testing confirms the presence of Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM), we are also fully equipped to provide Asbestos Abatement (Removal) Services to safely manage and remove the hazardous material.
